Purchasing and Payment Policies

• Customers must register and submit their visa application documents at least 20 days prior to the departure date.
• A deposit of 50% of the total tour price per person is required. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before departure (for standard tours) or 21 days before departure (for tours during public holidays and the Lunar New Year).
• For customers who are visa-exempt or already hold a valid visa, a deduction of 300,000 VND per person will be applied.

Regulations on tour cancellation conditions

• Cancellation after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa: Cancellation fee is 100% of the total tour price.
• Cancellation 30 days or more prior to departure: Cancellation fee is 10% of the total tour price.
• Cancellation 16–29 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee is 30% of the total tour price.
• Cancellation 8–15 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee is 60% of the total tour price.
• Cancellation 4–7 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee is 90% of the total tour price.
• Cancellation 1–3 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee is 100% of the total tour price.
• Cancellation timing is calculated based on working days; Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded.

• Prepare a personal medical kit including: headache relief, stomach ache medication, flu remedies, adhesive bandages, and nasal allergy treatments. Travelers requiring regular medication must ensure an adequate supply and follow their doctor's prescription.
• Travelers aged 70 to under 75 must sign a health commitment form with the Company.
• Travelers aged 75 and above are required to provide a physician's certificate confirming they are fit for international travel, sign a health commitment form, and be accompanied by a healthy relative under the age of 60. An additional premium insurance fee will apply for travelers over 75 (subject to change based on the specific tour).
• For safety reasons, we do not accept bookings for travelers aged 80 and above or pregnant women beyond their 5th month of pregnancy.
• Flight schedules are subject to airline operations; therefore, flight times may change without prior notice. Depending on actual conditions, the sequence of sightseeing attractions may be adjusted while ensuring all scheduled points of interest are visited.
• Travelers must arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport – International Departure Terminal 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure. The Company shall not be held responsible for late arrivals once the check-in counter is closed; in such cases, cancellation fees equivalent to a same-day cancellation will apply.
• Travelers are solely responsible for complying with the entry and exit regulations of the destination country. Should entry be denied by local immigration authorities, the Company will not refund any costs, and the traveler must cover any arising expenses. While the Company will provide all possible assistance, we are not liable for any costs if a traveler is detained or denied entry. In such events, per local service provider regulations, no refunds will be issued for unused services. The Company is also not responsible for tour cancellations due to a traveler's failure to fulfill tax obligations (e.g., business license or individual household business owners) prior to departure.
• Foreign nationals must possess a valid Vietnamese entry visa at the time of departure. Please verify whether your visa allows for single or multiple entries. For those requiring a re-entry visa, please bring two 4x6 cm photos (white background) and your original Vietnamese entry visa for immigration procedures.
• The Company shall not be held liable for the inability to visit sightseeing spots due to: Natural disasters (floods, droughts, earthquakes, etc.), security incidents (terrorism, protests), or aviation issues (technical malfunctions, security concerns, flight rescheduling, or cancellations). In these instances, the Company will consider refunding costs for unused services where possible, after deducting processed expenses (such as visa fees), and will not be liable for further compensation.
• Travelers are requested not to leave the group throughout the tour program.
• Upon registration, please carefully review the itinerary, tour price, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation policies. If a third party registers on your behalf, please ensure you have been fully informed of all terms and conditions. The Company shall not be responsible for any costs arising from a traveler's failure to thoroughly understand the registration conditions and tour program.
